Chatuchak Weekend Market, also know as Jatujak Market or JJ Market is both an outdoor and indoor market in Bangkok Thailand. Chatuchak is absolutely massive, in fact it is one of the biggest markets in the whole of Asia. It covers an area of around 27 acres, which is then divided into 27 different sections with thousands of shops and stalls.

The market is very popular place to visit for both Thais and foreigners, with an estimated 200,000 people visiting over the weekend. The market opens on Friday at 6pm until 12pm and opens Saturday and Sunday at 9am until 6pm.

There are literally thousands of shops and stalls offering a huge range of products from handicrafts, handmade products, clothing, footwear, jewelry and amulets, phones and accessories, music, electrical items and gadgets, accessories, artwork and paintings, household items, gifts and souvenirs, flowers and plants, ceramics, tools plus so much more, all at ridiculously local Thai prices.
